Azalea Gardens is a unique Community with the distinctive look and feel of home. Residents can relax and visit with friends in our fireside lounge and enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant style dining room. For residents who enjoy quieter activities we have a library, spa, beauty salon and crafts room. Continuous outdoor and indoor walkways provide residents the opportunity to remain active and to enjoy the outdoors.

At Azalea Gardens, residents enjoy the privacy of their own spacious apartment within a community of care and support. Each apartment features carpeted flooring, a kitchenette, a large accessible bathroom, individual climate controls and an emergency call system. All rooms are maintained daily to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.

Azalea Gardens is dedicated to providing the highest quality-of-life for our residents through a focus on the social, psychological, spiritual, and physical well-being of every individual. Our intent is to work with each resident to promote the highest level of independent function while providing support and assistance as needed.

Leadership

Sheila Hekmati is the Executive Director of Azalea Gardens Assisted Living & Memory Care. Sheila sets high standards to ensure that each resident receives compassionate care. She leads the staff by ensuring every department receives proper training and adheres to all state regulations.
